Can you beat the closing line?

Almost nobody can. Try it on real games from 2010 to 2026, with real lineups and six real lifelines, and find out whether you're sharp or just lucky. No money, just a scoreboard.

  1. You see a real NBA game with the real closing spread, the starting lineups and who's out. Tap a side, or pass. A win pays 0.91 units, a loss costs 1 (that gap is the sportsbook's cut).
  2. You have six lifelines, and each shows real information along with its real track record over 20,000 games, so you can judge whether it's worth using. Each works once per 20 games.
  3. You also get a few double-downs and a mulligan to swap a game you don't like. After each pick you can open the real box score.
  4. At the end we compare you with thousands of coin-flippers who bet the same games, so you know if it was skill. Or go for Survival: one miss and you're out.
Which games?

Real closing lines from the 2009-10 season to January 2026. Lineups and box scores are from ESPN. Every lifeline looks only at games before the one you're playing. For analysis and entertainment, not betting advice.
